Leadership Coaching

Are you wondering how to use your leadership capacity to grow the impact you have in your work environment? Or how to use your talents and experience in a more meaningful way? Would your organization benefit from a more female culture? Asking yourself these questions may signal that you are ready to embark on a leadership coaching journey to uncover your true source of passion.

The destination of this journey is to discover your most authentic way of leading, to establish an approach that will allow you to generate positive change in your organization and, ultimately, the world.  All of this without losing sight of something leaders tend to forget: ways to maintain a balanced, full, and sustainable lifestyle.

When I work with leaders, I often utilize different evaluation tools for personality profiles, such as the MBTI (Myer Briggs Type Indicator), which is widely used for professional career guidance. I’ll also help you gather feedback, using a tool such as the TLC (Leadership Circle Profile), which helps make you aware of the real impact of your leadership within your sphere of influence. Additionally, I’ve developed four coaching pillars to help guide the journey overall.

The leadership coaching process is equally valuable whether you are considering a change of employment or seeking to develop yourself more holistically within your existing job.

Letters from my clients

“Olga was my coach at THNK School of Creative Leadership and being matched with her was fundamental to making my business concept a reality. She is gentle and caring, but tough when she needs to be which, mixed with her incredible intuition, creates a magical formula for personal breakthroughs. As a coach, she helped me to stop hiding and start shining. If you’re looking for transformation or change in your life, Olga will help you to get there.”

— Yvonne (U.K.)

“I’ve been working with Olga on leadership related topics while running an incubator for design entrepreneurs at Google. When I started to get to know the team, I faced communications challenges with one of the stakeholders. During the course of the coaching program, I found ways to communicate with this stakeholder so that we could shift the dynamic to work more harmoniously together. What surprised me the most was learning that, because I was feeling disempowered, I wasn’t showing up as an effective leader. I credit not only Olga’s extensive training, but her rare intuitive ability to share insights and make connections beyond the obvious. She is a gem!”

— Shana (U.S.)

“Olga brings to the coaching her full and calm presence and an unshakeable belief in you and your development. Using her enormous suite of tools, she helps you see and work with things in and about you that you did not know were there, thereyby unlocking new resources. And all if this with a light touch and a good sense of humor.”

Life Coaching

With genuine non-judgemental curiosity, the coaching conversation unfolds in every session, bringing to our awareness whatever needs to surface.  Little by little, session by session, the areas of your life where you feel stuck or unfulfilled are examined with a curious and loving attitude.

We begin with an intake session, where several important areas of the program are discussed: your goals for coaching, current obstacles and challenges, and our way of working together. This is what I call our ‘designed alliance’. For every session, you’ll come prepared with the topic of conversation, and this will most probably be naturally related to the overall goal of the program.

With my ears and my intuition, I listen for the big themes facing women today: What's the cage that keeps you trapped? How grounded are you in your true self? Where do your wings want to fly? How will you find your authentic voice? My coaching style is informed by my four coaching pillars, plus a number of models, concepts and experiences that I’ve been gathering throughout my coaching career. In each moment, I choose intuitively what I feel is needed to support your process. In between sessions, I invite my clients to go deeper in their learning through different exercises or practices that will move them toward taking action in creating the life they long for.

“In many shamanic societies, if you came to a medicine person complaining of being disheartened, dispirited, or depressed, they would ask one of four questions: ‘When did you stop dancing? When did you stop singing? When did you stop being enchanted by stories? When did you stop being comforted by the sweet territory of silence?”

Letters from my clients

“To me, being coached by Olga felt like being in the ocean. She guided me to explore my inner ocean, discover different aspects of myself and be like a seahorse, always finding its balance in the currents. And yes, she invited me to ride the waves, surfing without falling in the cold water, learning to trust my strengths and diving deep into dark abysses. In this journey, I could always feel her warm energy. I felt empowered by her confidence in me, her great creativity and her drive to help me grow while swimming along.

So, find your own analogy of what Olga brings to you because one thing is for sure, she will bring you so much more than I can put into words.”

— Marjolein (The Netherlands)

“Olga is a very talented coach. I have been working with her for over a year now, and she has helped me tremendously. She has the ability to listen and "see" her clients deeply, helping us to connect with our essence and soul. Olga is very caring and kind, while being firm and assertive in her communication style. She brings passion, enthusiasm and lots of curiosity to our sessions. As a woman, I know she understands deeply what happens inside a woman's heart, and has helped me to un-peel the layers, and reveal what truly matters. I am very grateful to have Olga as my coach, and I would recommend her to anyone I know.”

— Beatriz (Brazil / U.S.)

“To have Olga as a coach is to know that she will support you at all times. She is courageous, grounded, and very intuitive. What I loved about her and our coaching process is how she knew how to be with me, daring to take me to places that were unknown to me, which helped me to answer many of the questions I was asking myself.

That journey has allowed me to face new challenges with more confidence, to overcome emotional situations in which I had been stuck, and to approach myself with new eyes.”

— Teresa (Spain)

A couple more things about how I work . . .

I work one-on-one with clients from my office in Utrecht, The Netherlands and in Madrid, Spain, or remotely over video calls. I work both in English and Spanish and welcome clients from around the world.

A typical coaching journey lasts from 4 to 8 months, with a regularity of one session every two weeks. Your commitment to your objective in between sessions is as important as the sessions we have together, as only through consciously practicing new behaviours and reflection time can you anchor the insights from our conversations.

I pledge to comply with the ICF Code of Ethics, to treat people with dignity as independent and equal human beings, and to model these standards with those I coach.
